CSI produces 36" carbon runner bodies that are built in one piece in a female mold to insure trueness and dimensional consistency.  

They are all carbon epoxy pre-preg construction with Baltic birch plywood core.

 
Autoclave cured @ 250°F (120°C)
with 60-psi (4 Bar) pressure.
